 All cottages offer a private balcony with sea/pool/garden views, restful bedrooms with individually controlled air-condition units, teak floors, color television with local and international cable channels, telephones, dressing tables and private bathrooms with hot/cold showers.

5. Child Policy:
No child policy due to the room size is fit for 2 person only.
maximum 2 little child (0-2 years) allowed to stay in the same room as parents by sharing bed.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room. 
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged. 
  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
