1. Our Hotel's check-in time is 14.00 hours and cannot be guaranteed prior to 14.00 hours.
2. Immediate check-in prior to 14.00 hours requires full pre-reqistration (payable from previous night). unless prior arrangment are made.
3. The Check-out time is 12.00 noon, unless prior arrangements are made upon booking at the Reservation Dept.
4. Day - use rooms are charged at 50% of the contract rate for use between 12.00 - 18.00 hours, and full contract rate will apply for arrivals before 12.00 noon and departures after 18.00 hours, unless prior arrangement made direct with Reservation Dept.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

Cancellation: must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date, otherwise the first night rate of the period will be charged.
No show/late cancellation is: 1-night room rate charge.
