2. Airport Transfer: 
 - 350 THB net per way per car, maximum for 3 persons.
 - 700 THB net per way per van, maximum for 10 persons.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy :
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate in low season. charge  least two-night room rate in high season, charge at least five-night room rate in peak season No show: total payment will be charged.
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged. 
  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
