3. Transportation:
* Transfer from/to Samui Airport Adult @ 250 THB and for child @ 150 THB /person/child/way.
4. Family Plan:
* No additional room charge for children under 12 years occupying in the same room with parents but maximim 3 persons in one room.
5. Check in time is from 14:00 hrs, and check out time is at 12:00 noon, extension of check out time till 18:00 hrs is subject to one night room charge.
6. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    * All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 42 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
