- All rooms are non-smoking rooms. An exclusive smoking area is designated at the restaurant garden and at the beachfront.
- Maximum Occupancy:
* Deluxe Villa : Two adults + maximum two children up to 12 years old (sharing a bed with parents). There are no extra beds available.
* Family Villa : Four adults + maximum two children up to 12 years old (sharing a bed with parents). There are no extra beds available.
- Meal Rate:
* Lunch 600 Bht/adult, 400 bht/children (up to 12 years)
* Dinner 850 Bht/adult, 600 bht/children (up to 12 years)
- Transfers to/from the hotel to/from Phuket or Krabi Hotel /Airport
* Private S : 7,500 Bht/way, 15,000 Bht round trip.
* Private L : 3,500 Bht/way, 7,000 Bht round trip.
* Rate are based on 2 adults
* Additional adults for Private S will be charged at 1,600 Bht
* Additional adults for PrivateL will be charged at 1,000 Bht
* Children up to 12 years are complimentary.
* Private S are provided in private car/minibus, private speedboat and tuk tuk to the hotel.
* Private L are provided in private car/minibus, private speedboat and tuk tuk to the hotel.
- Family Plan:
* Children under 12 years of age will be provided on existing bedding (maximum two per room) on a complimentary basis. Breakfast is included.
- A baby cot is available free of charge.
- On request, most meals can be prepared in half size and will be charged 60% off the adult rates. There are exceptions for non split-able dishes and such dishes.
- Children meal sizes are possible for adults on request (e.g. for seniors)

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season). - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
