 - Welcome drink and Flower set up in room on arrival date.
 - Cold towel on arrival date.
 - 10% discount for food and beverage for dinner at hotel's restaurant.
 - Honeymooner will receive honeymoon cake on arrival date and honeymoon set up style with double bed.

Rooms will normally be available for occupancy after 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 noon. Room used between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will charge at 50% of rate. Room used beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charge at the full rates. In addition, rooms for day-use up to space available.
Remark: Period 20 Dec - 31 Mar and 15 Jul - 14 Sep (Yearly), room uses between 12:00 noon and 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
        - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
            - 20 days prior to arrival date for Low Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
            - 35 days prior to arrival date for High Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
            - 45 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
        - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
        - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No Show Policy: Full Charge
  • "Non Refundable" for Gala Dinner.
