Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate.
- No Show is subject to 100% charge.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
