For nearly two decades, we have repeatedly welcomed numerous returned guests as well as first timers. All our guests share one thing in common… a love for a relaxing vacation in a cozy hotel which offers comfortable accommodations with unspoiled ocean and/or mountain view, pristine beach, and a attentive friendly staff that truly care about each and every guest.
At Nern Chalet, our guests will find themselves in an environment that is tranquil with gentle sea breeze, surrounded by a lush garden with singing birds. If you’re an early bird, take the time to watch from your room or balcony and experience the breathtaking inspiring effects of the sun rising from the cool and calm waters of the morning sea.
• Standard Sea View Rooms: All our standard rooms offer beautiful view of the sea and also overlook our beautiful tropical gardens.
• Deluxe Mountain and Sea View Rooms: Our deluxe rooms also feature beautiful view of the sea. They are larger than our standard rooms and
include a spacious balcony with wonderful garden view.
• Seafront Suite: With 3 suites available, these are our most popular rooms. Each room faces the sea and offers a spectacular view of the ocean. These
rooms are much larger than our standard or deluxe rooms and can be combined to create a large family suite that covers nearly 100 square meters.
Every Seafront Suites has a spacious balcony that looks out over the pool and the beach.
• Family Suite: The Family suite can accommodate a larger number of guests as it offers 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room with a large balcony
and a dining room. The entire suite faces the sea offering an uninterrupted panoramic ocean view.

• Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
