Conveniently located in the city's main business, shopping, and entertainment area of Silom Road, the hotel is also located close to Chong Nonsee and Sala Daeng Skytrain Stations, a river pier, and the express way with access to the airport in only 40 minutes. The famous Patpong Night Market and entertainment places are just a short distance from the hotel.
The hotel is named after The King Narai The Great of Thailand. The name Narai in Thai is also used to refer to the Hindu deity Vishnu. An elegant bas-relief of Vishnu can be seen on the wall in front of the main staircase. The "Narai Bantomsin" by renowned artist Kaimook Xuto shows Vishnu reclining on a seven-headed Naga (celestial serpent) while being attended by Laksmi, his Queen.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
• Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
• No show: total payment will be charged.
• If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
• For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
• No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
