1. All room rates are net and inclusive ABF, free roundtrip transfer from Koh Tao - Nangyuan - Koh Tao upon arrival and departure.
2. Boat Roundtrip Transfer 1,100 THB / Pax route Samui-Koh Tao by Hight Speed Catamaran from Mae Nam Pier / Pharalan Pier at 08.00 - 09.45 am. and 01.00 - 04.30 pm. and route Koh Tao - Samui at 08.30 - 11.20 am. and 02.30 - 04.45 pm.
3. Boat Roundtrip Transfer 1,100 THB / Pax route Chumporn-Koh Tao by Hight Speed Catamaran from Thungmakham Noi Pier at 07.00 - 08.30 am. and 01.00 - 02.30 pm. and route Koh Tao - Chumporn at 10.15 - 11.45 am. and 02.45 - 04.30 pm.
4. Water service 05.00 pm. - 10.00 am. , electricity service Peak season 24hrs. Low season 05.00 pm. - 10.00 am.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival free of charge during peak season . late cancellation 1 night charge.
1. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
2. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. - No Show: total payment will be charged.
- Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
