1. Rates are quoted in Thai Baht per room per night and include breakfast buffet.
2. Extra bed charge: 700 ฿ / adult and 500 ฿ / child per night and includes breakfast buffet.
3. No charge for children under Two (2) sharing room with parents and discount on breakfast.
4. Baby cots are provided free of charge. (Age not over 1 year) subjected to availability.
5. Payment by credit card is subject to a 3% surcharge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy
- All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
