1. Pickup / Drop off at the pier, ABF services at Montalay Restaurant.
2. Extra Person 500 Baht / night: ABF included (Only 2 cottages allowed an extra person to stay.)
3. Check in time is 13.00 hrs. And Check out time is 11.00 hrs. The resort will do our best to prepare villa ready for early arrival when notified.
4. Late check out or day use has an extra charge of 50% of the rate for each villa occupied until 18.00 hrs. A full night rate will apply for use of the villa after 18.00 hrs.
5. Child Policy: Children under 10 years old stay free of charge on the Sofa bed when sharing with their parents. Maximum 2 children sharing villa with their parents is permitted. ABF voucher prior request 100 Baht per meal per child.
6. Baby Cot for baby under 2 years old is available for free of charge. (ABF voucher for kid 100B/meal)
7. Family cottages and Tree Top cottage will be open from September Spa will be open on September 2011 (only massage available from August 2011).
8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
All cancellation must be received by resort in writing and will be subject to cancellation fees based on the date of receipt of the email or fax.
In peak season, No charges will be apply for booking cancelled 30 days or more prior the arrival date. If a written cancellation is received 25 days or less and in the event of “no show” or stays that cut short, a 100% cancellation charges will apply.
In other season, No charges will be apply for booking cancelled 25 days or more prior the arrival date. If a written cancellation is received 15 days or less and in the event of “no show” or stays that cut short, a 50% cancellation charges will apply.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
