-ABF for children less than 16 years of age is charged at 50% of adult rate

-Baby Cots are free of charge.

-We do not allow children less than 12 years old in Pool Villa unless obtaining a permission by a signed document from their parents, upon checking in.

-American Buffet Breakfast 300 Baht net per child, adult included.

-Lunch (Buffet or Set Menu) 600 Baht net per person, child 300 baht.

-Dinner (Buffet or Set Menu) 1,000 Baht net per person, child 500 baht.

- Compulsory Gala Dinner: 31 Dec '11 : 4,700 Baht net per person, child 2,350 baht.

7. Check out up to 18:00 hrs, 50% of room rate is applied.

8. **For safety reason, children less than 12 year's old are not accepted to stay in Deluxe Pool Access, Superior and Deluxe Villa unless a indemnity form is signed by the parents/guardlans upon check in.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within specified periods prior to arrival date 30 days prior to arrival day, otherwise customer will be charged 100%.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3.For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
