Maenam Resort is located on the renowned Mae Nam Beach on Koh Samui.On the north shore of the island, Maenam Beach is where you can explore the splendor of our tropical island paradise.

At our restaurant we have a wide variety of local Thai, Chinese and International Cuisine to choose from. Enjoy dining by the beach with open aired atmosphere while listening to light music every evening.

Deposit 10% of total payment for High Season, the remaining amount to be settled at the resort.
Deposit 20% of total payment for Low Season, the remaining amount to be settled at the resort.
1. All the above rates are in Thai Baht, and No breakfast. 2. Children under 12 years sharing parents' room, maximum of 1 child per room.
3. Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs., Requests for early check-in or late check-out will be considered subject to availability.
4. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
5. Transportation: (Airport/ferry) : 100 Baht/person/trip.
Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 7 days prior to arrival date, otherwise a late cancellation fee of 1 night/room will be applied.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases. - No show: total payment will be charged.
