Less than an hour’s drive from the Northern capital of Thailand, Chiang Mai, amid thickly forested hills and misty valleys, lies the Mae-Sa Valley Craft Village. Two thousand feet high, in an area of great scenic charm.
Individual thatched roof houses and bamboo cottages provide accommodation, which blends beautifully with the surroundings and meets high standards of comfort.
The mountain climate provides bright sunny days for exploration and crisp cool evenings for fireside gatherings, The cultivated terrace provide a riot of tropical and temperate flowers along with all the vegetables served fresh at our restaurant.

6. Meditation (min. 10 persons) 500 Baht - Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No Show Policy:
- All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 21 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge total of payment.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
No Show: will be 100% charged without refund.
