CANCELLATION / NO SHOW: The tour operator shall notify the hotel in writing of any cancellation prior to the minimum notice period. In the event of cancellation after such dates, a late cancellation charge will apply as follows.
- HIGH SEASON (01.11.11 – 23.12.11, 03.01.12 – 31.03.12): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 26 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
- PEAK SEASON (24.12.11 – 02.01.12): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 37 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
- LOW SEASON (01.04.12 – 31.10.12): A cancellation fee equivalent to 1 night will be charged for each room cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date. No show will be charged at full stay.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
