1. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, net per room per night, and are inclusive of daily breakfast for 2 persons.
2. Extra bed for third person (above 12 years old) is at 300 THB net per person per night including breakfast.
3. Complimentary welcome drink upon arrival.
4.  Child Policy : 
- Children under 13 years stay free using existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.
- Children below the age of 2 years receive a complimentary breakfast buffet.
- Child between 2 - 12 years old receive a 50% discount on meal rate.
5. Maximum occupancy in room :
- Standard Fan : 2 Persons
- Large Fan : 3 Persons
- Standard AC : 3 Persons
- Deluxe AC : 3 Persons.
6. Meal rate : 
- Breakfast : 150 B per adult and 75 B per child 2-12 yeas.
7.Transfer : 
- To/from krabi airport/city by private car + ferry (2.5 hrs) : 2,500 B per way and 4,000 B round trip.
8. Check in time is 14.00 hours and check out time is 12.00 hours.
9. We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
