Remark:

CHILDREN POLICY:
  • Children under the age of 12 years sharing room with parents in existing bedding are granted complimentary accommodation.
  • breakfast is charged compulsory at THB 200.- nett per child, per day. 
  • Infants will be provided a baby cot free of charge.
  • Children under the age of 12 years in need of an Extra Bed will be charged THB 500,- nett per night inclusive breakfast.
  • As of the 12th birthday onwards, children are being considered as adults.
  • A 50% discount on meals for children under the age of 12 years is granted according to above indicated prices.
  • Children below 2 years of age will eat free of charge.
MINIMUM STAY:
  • A minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights is required for all room categories for accommodation between 16 Dec 11 and 15 Jan 12.
  • Clients with earlier check in dates than 16 Dec 11 but requesting accommodation beyond 16 Dec 11 are also requested to stay 7 consecutive nights at the resort.
  • Last check-in applicable for the 7 nights compulsory stay to be 08 Jan 12.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT TIMES:
  • Check-in time has been set at 14.00 hours and check-out time is 12.00 hours (noon). For any late check-out up to maximum 18.00 hours, or any early check-in prior to 14.00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily contract rate applies.
  • Check-outs after 18.00 hours, one full night contract rate applies.
TRANSFER SERVICES:
  • Seat in coach transfer services can be pre-booked with the hotel directly and are guaranteed for a minimum of 2 persons up.
  • Clients will be met and greeted upon arrival by hotel personnel with appropriate signage (clients name display) and escorted to the Krabi Thai Village Resort Resort.
  • Private transfer services are available upon request and at supplement charges.
  • Frome Krabi Airport or Krabi Hotels 600.- Nov 11 – Oct 12  (min. 2 pax)
  • Children below 12 years of age are granted 50%discount on the transfer rate as long as traveling with minimum 2 adults.
  • In case of 1 adult and 1 child, the child will have to pay the full adult rate.
  • Children below 2 years of age will be transported free of charge.

  • 6 days befor arrival 100% of total room charge.
  • 7 days befor arrival 50% of total room charge.
  • 12 days befor arrival one night of total room charge.
Peak season (16 Dec - 15 Jan )
  • 9 days befor arrival 100% of total room charge.
  • 14 days befor arrival 50% of total room charge.
  • 21 days befor arrival one night of total room charge.
 
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive)
