Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 22 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night for late Cancellation Fee.
* High Season : 14 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night for late Cancellation Fee.
* Low Season : 7 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 1 Night for late Cancellation Fee. - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
