Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within:
    no later than 19 days prior to arrival during the period from 01 Nov to 19 Dec & 11 Apr to 31 October, not later than 30 days during the period from 20 Dec to 10 Jan. If cancellation is received later than indicated above, We agrees to allow the hotel to charge the guests a cancellation fee of 1 nights charge from total amount and per room and full amount of reservation charge for the period from 20 Dec to 10 Jan.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
