Koh Chang Kacha Resort is ideally located in the central region of the White Sand Beach. It is a beachfront resort with a great sea view and is a perfect place for those who love living by the sea with fine white sand and clear sea-water, The beach at Koh Chang Kacha Resort is ideal for sunbathing, swimming, playing or just lazing around. Each evening the beachfront attracts more people with some volleyball and football teams sweating out on the wide beachfront, courtesy of the low tide! And the bonus is that while all these are going on, the beautiful sun sets before your eyes! 

 Deluxe Villas and Seaview Deluxe Villas (total 11 units) The villas will be temporarily closed during renovation, starting on May 15th, 2012 and will be completed on July 15th, 2012 (2 Months). Improvements will take place during daytime only from 08.00 to 19.00 hrs; impact on guests will be minimal.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation & No Show Charges: 

1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
* Peak Season : 30 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 100% for One night charge
* High Season  : 20 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 30% for One night charge
* Low Season   : 15 days prior to the arrival date, Subject to 10% for One night charge
 
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
