1. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht. All room inclusive of ABF.

2. All room type maximum 1 extra bed in room.

3. Meal Rates :
* American Breakfast : 350 THB per adult and 175 THB per child (4-12 years old)
* Set Lunch : 450 THB per adult and 255 THB per child (4-12 years old)

* Set Dinner : 550 THB per adult and 275 THB per child (4-12 years old)

* Seafood Dinner : 850 THB per adult and 425 THB per child (4-12 years old)

4. Children Policy:

- Children under 4 years free ABF and free baby cot (upon request & availability)

- Children 4 - 12 years old, sharing room with parent (Existing bed), compulsory ABF 175 Baht (Maximum 2 Child/Room).

- Children under 12 years staying in Pool Access Room will be soled responsibility of parents/family.

5. Airport Transfer/One Way:

- Private car 900 Baht (Maximum 3 Persons)

- Mini van 1,400 Baht (Maximum 4 - 5 Persons)

6. Day Use:

- Such rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 2 pm. on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the rate. Room occupied beyond 6 pm. will be charged at the full rate.

7. Compulsory Gala Dinner:
* 24 Dec 12 (Christmas' Eve) :
2,000 THB per adult and 1,000 THB per child (4-12 years old)
* 31 Dec 12 (New Year's Eve) : 3,500 THB per adult and 1,750 THB per child (4-12 years old)
* 10 Feb 13 (Chinese New Year's Eve) : 650 THB per adult and 375 THB per child (4-12 years old)

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
   - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
   - 30 days prior to arrival date for High/Shoulder Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
   - 40 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
   - 20 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
   - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
   - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No Show: Full Charge (Cancellations received after 4.00 pm. on the day of arrival at the hotel)
Early Check Out: One night room rate will be charged
