Kantary Bay Hotel - Phuket is a charming seafront property within a short ten to fifteen minutes drive from Phuket town. Newly renovated, this is a hotel with a difference; following a new trend that is becoming more and more preferred around the world, each room makes the most of its surroundings, breaking away from the traditional "standard" hotel room design to offer you a unique hotel experience.

     The Bay Hotel offers spacious, fully furnished studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom suites. Each room type is furnished with a living room, kitchenette and private terrace. You will find terra cotta tiles and wooden floors instead of the usual carpet. We also provide our guests with full facilities including a fitness room, swimming pools, scenic gardens, reading lounges and more.

  • 1. Above rates are quoted in Thai Baht and inclusive of daily Breakfast.

  • 5. Confirmed rooms will usually be available for occupancyafter 2.00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is 12.00 noon. Rooms used from 12.00 noon to 6.00 PM on the day of departure will be charged at 50% of the room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6.00 PM will be charged at the full rate.
  • 6. Child Policy:
         * Children are under 12 years stay free sharing the existing bed with adults, but will incur breakfast charged @ 150 THB/child/meal
  • 7. Meal Rates net per person
     * Adult Breakfast @ 300 THB per person
     * Child Breakfats @ 150 THB per child.
  •  8. Compulsory Gala Dinner on 31 Dec 12
           - 5,700 Baht/Adult
           - 2,850 Baht/Child under 12 years
    -     A minimum stay of 3 nights is required from 30 Dec 2012 - 01 Jan 2013
  • 9. Flight details:
             At the same time also confirmation of arrival details, verifying airspace is secured. During the peak season period of 20 Dec - 10 Jan, we require the flight details at least 30 days prior to arrival.
  • 10. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
         - 50 days prior to arrival date for 20 Dec - 10 Jan. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge full prepayment room rate per room.
         - 30 days prior to arrival date for other period (11 Jan - 31 Mar , 01 Apr  - 31 Oct ). Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
