- Low Season (16 Apr - 31 Oct)
- A no show or cancellation submitted less than six (6) days before arrival date will incur a first night charge.
- Shortening stay (early check out) is subject to one extra night's charge.
- High Season(1 Nov - 23 Dec & 1 Jan - 8 Apr)
- Cancellation submitted less than twenty six (26) day before arrival date will incur a first night charge.
- Cancellation submitted less than nineteen (19) day before arrival date , no show and shortening stay (early check out) are subject a full stay charge.
- Peak Season(24 - Dec & 9 - 15 Apr)
- Cancellation submitted less than thirty seven (37) day before arrival date will incur a first night charge.
- Cancellation submitted less than twenty eight (28) day before arrival date , no show and shortening stay (early check out) are subject a full stay charge.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
- For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
- Any short stay during Low and High season will be charged at the actual stay plus one night's room charge.
- Any short stay during Peak season will be charged at 100% of actually reservation.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
