2. Rates are based on single or double occupancy except family pool villa is for 4 person

3. One room applicable for double occupancy, if there is any of additional person sharing in the room, the extra bed charge will be applied and the maximum is 3 perosns altogether per room.

4. A child less than 12 years of age can stay free of charge (room only) in a room occupied by parents, using existing bedding, ABF THB.200 per person will be applied. There will be an additional charge for a rollaway bed, if request.

5. Infant less than 5 years old receive complimentary breakfast & free baby cot upon request based on availability.

6. Guest Privileges:

- Complimentary welcome drink with cold towel upon arrival.

- Complimentary welcome fresh fruits basket in room upon arrival.

- Complimentary wireless Internet usage 24 hours.

- Complimentary fitness, kayaking, mini library, DVD.

- Complimentary shuttle bus to center of Chaweng beach.

7. Airport Transfer Service: 800 Baht/way/car.

8. Check-in/Check-out: Check in time is after 2.00 p.m. and check out time is before 12.00 noon. request for early check in will be subjected to room availability. However to guarantee early check in the room must be reserved the night prior to arrival of the clients. request for late check out is subjected to availability on the day of departure.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation & No Show Charges:
   1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within:
   - For Peak Season at least 35 days prior to arrival
   - For High Season at least 28 days prior to arrival
   - For Low Season at least 20 days prior to arrival , Resort to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the contract rate for one night for each room cancelled.

If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).

For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.

No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
