5. Late Check out after 18:00 hrs, penalty charge 1 night.
6. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.
7. Breakfast is Thai buffet serving during 06.00 - 10.00 am, additional breakfast Charge @ 100 THB per person
8. Child Meal Plan: 0 - 2 years old is complimentary
2-10 years is 50 THB per child
Abover 10 years old is 100 THB.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 8 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
