2. Rates are include 10% service charge and 7% vat, include of breakfast.

3. Extra bed and children policies:

*. Extra person is charge 1,200 Bht/night include breakfast.
*. Room rate applied per night for single or double occupancy, except Family Suite (four guests) and Royal suite quadruple occupancy.
*. Superior Pavilion, extra bed is not possible.
*. Deluxe Pavilion can accommodate one extra bed only.
*. Deluxe Suite can accommodate two extra persons (on existing sofa bed).
*. Family Suite and Royal Suite can accommodation two extra beds.
*. Baby cot is free of charge.
*. Children under 6 years old sharing parent's bed, free of charge.

4. Special Offer:

*. Free transfer service on arrival and departure from and to the pier.
*. Free shuttle from Resort to the City every hours from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.
*. 10% discount on all diving activities.
*. 10% discount on all Spa treatments

5. During Peak Season, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. And gala dinner on the 24th December and 31st December are compulsory.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:

1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 35 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.

2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.

No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
