1. Room Rates are quoted in Thai Baht inclusive of American breakfast.
2. Child Policy:
- Child under 12 yrs. joining parents in Superior room, Superior Poolview/Seaview room FOC for the existing bed. Will be charged for breakfast at Baht 325 per person. (maximum 1 child)
- Child under 12 yrs. joining parents in Deluxe room, Deluxe Poolview / Seaview room FOC for the existing bed. Will be chared for breakfast at Baht 325 per person. (maximum 2 children)
3. Remark: If guest request extra bed for child in Deluxe room, Deluxe Poolview / Seaview room, the hotel will be charged at Baht 1,000 for rollaway bed incl. ABF additional for room rate.
4. Compulsory Dinner:
- X'mas Eve - Dec. 24, 2011: 4,400 Baht per adult and 3,400 Baht per child under 12 years.
- New Year Eve - Dec. 31, 2011 : 5,000 Baht per adult and 4,000 Baht per child under 12 years.
5. Meal Rate:
- American Buffet Breakfast : 650 Baht/Person, Child under 12 - 50% discount
- Lunch (set menu) :750 Baht/Person, Child under 12 - 50% discount
- Dinner (set menu) :850 Baht/Person, Child under 12 - 50% discount
6. Transfer Rate: One way transfer at Baht 750 for 2 persons.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
