- Shared room for Eco Resort, Chiang Mai Hotel, if you are alone, you will either share a room with another guest or , If the hotel is not crowded, you might be put in a room by yourself. You may reserve a single room for an additional 150 Baht per night.
- Eco Resort Chiang mai doesn't have extra rollaway beds.
- Vacant room will be available for occupancy after 12:00 hours on the day of arrival. Check out time is 12:00 hours. Late check-out is subject to room availability .Rooms used from 12:00 hours to 18:00 hours on the day of departure will be charge at day use rate, (i.e.50% of contractd room rates). Rooms occupied beyound 18:00 hours will be charge at full contract rate. unless specified otherwise in writing by Eco Resort
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within
-One night charge if cancelled within 10 day prior to arrival or no-show for Low Seasons period.
-One night charge if cancelled within 19 days prior to arrival or no-show for High Season period. Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
