1. A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for all bookings falling into or overlapping during Peak Period (20 Dec 11 - 10 Jan 12)
2. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht for 2 persons per room inclusive of Breakfast, 10% service charge, 7% Government Tax, and 2% Provincial Tax.
3. Third person supplement are also per person per night including breakfast with a maximum one extra mattress per room.
4. Children 12 years of age and above will be charged at adult room and meal rates.
5. No accommodation charge for 1 child under 12 years old sharing existing bed with parents (maximum of 1 child per room). Breakfast charge at child rate of only Baht 250, Child under 3 years old is Free of charge.
6. Rates are not included any surcharge on other service (if any)
7. Outside food and drinks do not allow.
8. Check in time is 2:00 pm. and check out time 11:00 am. Early check in or Late check out are on request basis and subject to room availability.
9. Meal Rate:
- Brakfast: 585 BAdult and 300 B/Child 3-12 years
- Lunch : 550 BAdult and 275 B/Child 3-12 years
- Dinner : 760 BAdult and 380 B/Child 3-12 years
- Meal rates are in Thai Baht and inclusive of service charge, government tax and of provincial tax.
- Meal rates are excluding any beverages. 
10. Compulsory Dinner:
- 24 Dec 11 : 2,000 B/Adult and 950 B/Child 3-12 years

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within

  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
