Hillside Village Resort is situated in Koh Samui is east coast of Bophut, the city is largest district and is the centre of all major activities on the island. The resort is serenely nestled behind a residential estate just 10 minutes away from the airport and Chaweng beach road.
Hillside Village Resort designed deluxe villas offering exclusive and affordable accommodation. These cozy detached units feature modern living comforts combined with tropical design finishes for a relaxing and memorable holiday experience. Designed with comfort in mind, the villas also offer more function than the average hotel room.

1. The room rates are on per room, per night basis and American Breakfast. 
2. American breakfast is included for 2 persons per room.
3. Daily cleaning, water, electricity, cable TV, use of resort facilities, and airport pick-up are included in the room rate.
4. Children 12 years of age and younger will not be charged for sharing the same room as parent(s) utilizing existing bedding based on a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child to a room. There will be an additional charge for an extra bed, if required. Breakfast for 1 child (3-12 years) will be charged for 200 THB/-.
5. Transfer: From/To Samui Airport and Hill Side Resort @ 400 THB/trip (1-2 persons).
** Extra person, charge @ 200 THB/person/trip.**
6. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in time is after 14:00 hrs. and check-out time is before 12:00 noon. Request for early check-in will be subject to space availability. However, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved the night prior to arrival of the clients. Requests for late check-out are subject to availability on the day of departure. Late check out time is after 12:00 hrs till 18:00 hrs will be charged at 50% of the above rate, beyond 18:00 hrs will be charged at the full above rate.
7. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
