6. Third person charge is THB 700/night inclusive ABF. Children of age between 6-12 years of age will be charge half price.

7. Transfer:

- Private transfer to/from Thong Sala - Havana Beach Resort is available between

07.00 - 19.00 = 800 THB /way.

- Private transfer to/from Had Rin - Havana Beach Resort between 07.00 - 19.00 = 1,000 THB/Way

Any booking for transfer to/form Thong Sala or to/from Had Rin, which is made out of timing, we mentioned above, would be plus 400 Baht/Way more

8.. Occupancy Policy:

Check-in time is 14:00 Hrs. Check-out time is 12:00 Hrs. For a late check out between 12.00 a.m. to 18:00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of room rate, 8. subject to room availability. For check out after 18:00 hrs. is one full night charge.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. For any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement within 25 days prior to arrival, a charge of 2 nights will be applied.
cancellation during X'mas and New year should be made 45 days prior to arrival otherwise will be fully charged.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
