The Golden Pai & Suite Resort are surrouded by the wonderful nature at Bann Pangmoo, Muang District Mae Hong Son Province. From the city.   The Golden Pai and Golden Suite Resort accommodation consists of 30 standards rooms,30 superior rooms and 10 deluxe rooms, all with amenities such as air conditioning room, tv, mini bar and hot shower. To feel with lanna and shan style atmosphere and see a way of local life, other facilities include the riverside restaurant and outdoor swimming pool with jacuzzi.

  • Child Policy : Meal discount 50% between 4 -12 years old.
     - Every child must be mentioned on reservation.
     - Child under 3 years stay with parents free of charge on accommodation and breakfast.
     - Child 4 -12 years stay with parents with extra bed will be charge 500 Baht with breakfast and 50% for Lunch and dinner.

  • Full prepayment . Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.

  • We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 14 days prior and 35 days for peak - festival season to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate. No show: total payment will be charged.
  •  ** Peak-Festival Season on 1 October until 31 January 2012
     One Night deposit will be required one month period to arrival.One night room charge of No-SHOW and CANCELLATION made less than one week**
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
