5. Early check-out will be charge 30%.

6. Late check out will be charged at 50% room rate if check out prior 6.00 pm. Full rate after 6.00 pm.

7. No extra charge for child under 12 years old sharing the same room as their parents (maximum of 1 child per room)without extra bed. Additional breakfast will be charged as per contract meal rates.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date in peak/high seasons and 15 days prior to arrival date in low seasons,.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
