2. All Full Moon And New Year bookings require a minimum 5 night stay. Any nights additional to the minimum 5 night stay are to be charged at Regular Season Rate. 
3. Check in time 14:00 hrs and check out time 12:00 noon. Rooms can be booked from 12:00 noon to 6:00 p.m. on the day of departure at a charge of 50% of the room rate. Rooms occupied beyond 6:00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us:
     - No cancellation non refundable on Peak season and Full moon festival period.
     - Before 15 for low season, 25 days for high season and 45 days for peak season before arrival date.
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged. 
  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
