Family Plan:
- Child age under 12 years old staying with parents will not be charged for room, an additional of 90 Baht net will be made should breakfast required.

Occupancy Policy:
check-in time after 12:00 hrs,
check-out time before 12:00 hrs.

Room used during 12:00 - 18:00 hrs is 50% charge of room rate.
Room used after 18:00 hrs is 100% room rate charge.

Airport Transfer:
- Airport/hotel/airport will be charged at Baht 90.- person/trip.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
