Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    1. Any cancellation/amendment must be made in written notice with our acknowledgement or email to us within 25 days prior to arrival date to avoid any late cancellation charge.
    2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged. 
  • Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
