Cancellation and No-show Policy
1. All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within:

Low and High Season: Period June 11 January – Nov 30, 2011 cancellation of 15days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a levy of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved. Any cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged of 100% of total amount. No-show is charged for 100% of total amount.
3. Peak Season : Period Dec 20, 2011–Jan 10, 2012cancellation of 30days in advance is required for all confirmed bookings, otherwise, a levy of 50% of the total amount of bookings is applied for each room reserved. Any cancellation is made less than 72 hours prior to arrival date will be charged of 100% of total amount. No-show 100% charge of total amount.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
