Family Policy :
- Children under 10 years old sharing accommodation with parents in same bedding are free of charge.
- Children between 3-10 years will be charge 50% of meals rate.
- Child 11 year up charge full rate of extra bed and meals rate.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and Policy :
         All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
    - 01 May - 31 Oct : No later than 12 day prior to arrival
    - 01 Nov - 30 Apr : No later than 20 day prior to arrival
    - 20 Dec - 15 Jan : No later than 25 day prior to arrival
    - Otherwise Total payment will be charged.
    - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
    -     For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
