Check-in / Check out:
  - Check in time is at 14.00 hrs and Check out time is at 12.00 hrs noon. Late check out day use12.00 noon - 18.00 hrs. will be charged at 50% of the room rate. One night charge will be applied on the late check out after 18.00 hrs.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service fee. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
- We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

                         

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room, within 25 days prior to arrival date will be charge full room rate per room.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
