Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. Any cancellation must be made in written notice with our acknowledgment within 20 days ahead of arrival date, otherwise two night will be charged.
2. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
3. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No show: total payment will be charged.
