1. All rate are in Thai Baht per room per night, for single or double occupancy and are inclusive of one or two breakfast.
2. Peak Season: 2 nights stay minimum on peak period, No Gala dinner.
3. Maximum room occupancy : 3 adults or 2adults + 2 children with extra bed . The majority of the resort rooms are king size bed.
4. Child 6-11 years of age sharing the same bed with parents will be charged for breakfast at THB 150 net/child.
5. Complimentary Offers for all room types:

 * Free shuttle bus transfer from the pier to resort, on request.

6. Transportation Transportation Getting there from Krabi by Passenger Teminal at Klong Jilart Boat departure at 10.30 and 13.30 and arrive at Saladan about 2 hours later. Follow by 5 minutes van drive to the resort.  Getting there from Krabi Airport by private van 2 hours drive.
7. Transfer Rate:
 Private by VIP Air-Con van and inclusive ferry fee,  Baht inclusive of Vat, rate can change upon gasoline price movement

8. Check In / Check Out Time: Check in time is 14:00 hours and check out time is 12:00 hours (noons).. 
 For a late check out to 15:00 hours, a 20% charge of applicable daily rate applies.
 For a late check out to 18:00 hours, a 50% charge of applicable daily rate applies
 For a late check out after 18:00 hours, One full night rate applies.
9. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 60 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from Two-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
