The magic of our hotel begins with its location, directly in front of the Beach Centre, 5 minutes to the powdery white sand Kata Beach. The bay, which is gently lapped by clear waters of the Andaman Sea, is the best known hotel on Phuket.

Chaba Hotel was named Kata Chaba House since it opened. This 3 star hotel was mistaken as a guest house. In Oct 08 after a million Baht upgrading, it was renamed Chaba Hotel with effect 8 Jan 09 to improve its image and values.

Extra Bed Policy (Based on the above room type)
1. Maximum 3 adults sharing same room, with 1 Extra Bed (Charged)
2. Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults, with 1 Extra Bed (charged) (Child : 3-11.99 years old)
3. Infant 1 baby cot will be free of charge. (Infant : under 3 years old)
4. Maximum 5 adults sharing in Deluxe Family room with 1 Extra Bed (charged)
5. Maximum 2 adult# Rates are based on single, double or twin occupancy.

Family Plan: Child under 12 years sharing accommodation with parents in existing bedding is free of charge, maximum one child per room.
- Breakfast and others meals for children between 4 – 12 years will be entitled to 50% discount.
- Maximum 3 adults sharing same room with one extra bed which could be added in Studio Suite only and will be charged as per room rate.
- Maximum 2 Children sharing room with 2 adults which will be added one extra bed in Studio Suite only and will be charged same price as adult.
- A baby cot is available with free of charge for Infant under 3 years old.

Check-in/Check-out: Check-In time is from 14.00 hrs. Rooms requiring check-in prior to 14.00 hours will be required pre-registration to guarantee check-in. Pre-registration of rooms will be charged at 100% of the daily room rates and should be requested at time of reservation. Check-Out time is 12.00 hours. Late departures up to 16.00 hours are available and subject to availability, at 50% charge of the daily room rates. After 16.00 hours the full day rate will be applicable. Day use room requirement should be requested at time of reservation. and 2 children or 3 adults sharing in Deluxe Family room without extra charge

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
   - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
     Green Season (16 April to 31 October)
   - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 25 days prior to arrival date.
   - One night cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 25 days prior to arrival date.
   - 2 nights cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.
     High Season and Peak Season (1 November until 15 April)
   - No cancellation charge if the booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to arrival date.
   - One night cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.
   - 2 nights cancellation charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date.
   - Full charge per room if the booking is cancelled less than 10 days prior to arrival date.

   - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.

   - For any Cancellation / Amendment, 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
No Show & Early Check-out: Full Charge.
