Bundhaya Resort offers beachfront accommodation on the white sands of peaceful Pattaya Beach on Koh Lipe. It features numerous water sports, a restaurant and massages, sauna and spa bath are also available, Wi-Fi access is available.

Air-conditioned bungalows at Bundhaya are constructed entirely out of wood and surrounded by tropical greenery. They are fitted with a fan and private bathroom with amenities.

1. All rates are quoted in Thai Baht, inclusive of Breakfast for sharing basis (2 occupants per unit, 4 occupants in Family unit type).

2. Child Policy: Child under 8 years of age sharing room with parent is free of charge, Extra person or child 8 years up will be charge as extra price rate.

3. Meal Rates:

American Breakfast Buffet : 300 B / adult, 200 B / Child 8-11 yrs , 150 B / Child 4-7.99 yrs , FOC 0-3.99 yrs.

Lunch Set Thai & Seafood : 250 B / adult, 200 B / Child 8-11 yrs , 150 B / Child 4-7.99 yrs , FOC 0-3.99 yrs.

Dinner Ste Thai & Seafood : 300 B / adult, 250 B / Child 8-11 yrs , 200 B / Child 4-7.99 yrs , FOC 0-3.99 yrs.

4. Check in time is 1.00 pm. and check out time is 11.00 am.

5. Late check out: 300 Baht/Hr : Late check out after 4 pm = 1 night full rate charge.**

6. Early Check out: Unused room Night are not refundable for early departure.

7. Extension Stay are subject to space and rate availability.

8. We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within
       - 37 days prior to arrival date for Peak Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least three nights room rate per room.
     - 20 days prior to arrival date for High & Pre Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least two-night room rate per room.
     - 10 days prior to arrival date for Green Season. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
