- All our rooms are settled in Non-smoking room.
- Extra person supplement is charged 750Net per room per night.
- All room rates are included American breakfast which will provided breakfast from 07.00-10.00 a.m. 
- Room Occupancy: Such
rooms confirmed shall be made available for occupancy after 02.00 p.m.  on the day of Arrival Check out time is
12(noon). Room used from 12.00(noon) to 06.00 p.m. on the day of departure will
be charge at fifty (50) percent of rate. Rooms occupied beyond
06.00 p.m. will be charged at the full rate.
-   Children over 6 years old stay free with
parent's room without extra bed, breakfast supplement is charged 150
baht/child/day.
- Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed. 
- We reserve the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

 

Cancellation and No show Policy:
- All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within 37 days prior to arrival date.  Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate per room.
- No show: total payment will be charged.
- If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
- For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
- No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
