Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and Early Check Out Policy :
    Cancellation must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement before specified date of each season :
    - Less than 14 days in advance-subject to one night charge (From 1 Apr  - 31 Oct )
    - Less than 21 days in advance-subject to one night charge (From 1 Nov - 31 Mar )
    - Less than 31 days in advance-subject to one night charge (From 20 Dec - 10 Jan )
     
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
  • - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No show: total payment will be charged.
