ABF on free night of adult 700THB (Only for Deluxe Room, Deluxe Villas, DLX Pool Villas, & Deluxe Spa Villas.)

Compulsory ABF + Club Surcharge on free night of Adult 1,200 THB/room/night. (Only for Dlx Villas - The Club, Dlx Pool Villas - The Club, Dlx Ocn View Suite - The Club, Lux Ocn View Pool Villas - The Club, & Royal Pool Villas.)

* Free nights can only be taken where complete stay falls within the free night periods.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

Cancellation and No show Policy:
1. If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
2. For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
3. All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email with our acknowledgement within 45 days prior to arrival date. Otherwise, we reserve a right to charge at least one-night room rate in low season. charge least two-night room rate in high season, charge at least five-night room rate in peak season
No show: total payment will be charged.
Full prepayment. Visa/master Card is accepted plus 3.5% service charge. Without credit card guarantee or cash deposit, no booking is confirmed.
