- Child under 3 years free of charge, child  from 3-11.99 years old sharing existing bed with parents are charge for breakfast at 125 Baht per child per day.
6.Meal Rate:
- Breakfast 300 Bht/adult, Child 50% discount.
- Lunch 350 Bht/adult, Child 50% discount.
- Dinner 450 Bht/adult, Child 50% discount.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • Cancellation and No show Policy:
    - All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within 30 days prior to arrival date (Check-in Date). Otherwise, we reserved the right to charge starting from one-night room rate (for Low Season/Green Season/Normal Season) to total payment (Long Weekend/High Season/Peak Season).
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
