1. The above rates are nett, inclusive of daily breakfast.
2. Meals Rate
- Breakfast : Adult 350 Baht, Child 3-12 Years 250 Baht
- Set Lunch (Thai Menu) : Adult 400 Baht, Child 3-12 Years 250 Baht
- Set Dinner (Thai Menu) : Adult 550 Baht, Child 3-12 Years 300 Baht
3. Family Plan: 
- Children 3-12 years old share room with parents is charge for breakfast only and maximum one child on each room.
4. Airport Transfer :
- Krabi Airport – Hotel by van (max. .6 pax) at THB 800.-per way
- Phuket Airport- Hotel by van(max 6 pax) at THB 2,800.-per way
5. Arrival and Departure Procedures :
- Check In time is 2.00 PM and Check Out time is 12.00 noon. The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 12.00 noon but will do our best to have room ready for early arrival and should be requested at time of reservation.
- Check out is 12.00 noon. Late departure is available with an extra charge at 50% of daily contract rate until 6.00 PM. After 6.00 PM. It will be considered as an extra night.
6. We reserved the right to change these prices, product details, all terms and conditions at anytime without prior notice.

Cancellation and No Show Policy

  • All Cancellation or Amendment must be made by written notice (Fax/E-mail to us) with our acknowledgement within : 
    - PEAK season : Full length stay will be charged for cancellation/no show received within 52 days prior to each arrival.
    - HIGH season : A 2 nights penalty will be charged for cancellation/no show received within 35 days prior to each arrival.
    - LOW season : A night penalty will be charged for cancellation/no show received within 6 days prior to each arrival.
  • If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date, we apply a cancellation fee at 7% of total amount (if 7% is less than 1000 THB, we reserved the right to charge up to 1000 THB).
  • For any “Cancellation / Amendment”, 3.5% service fee of payment through credit card is non-refundable in all cases.]
  • No refund for “Early Check Out” & “No Show” (failure to arrive).
