6. Check In time is 2.00 PM. The hotel is not required to have rooms available before 12.00 noon but will do our best to have room ready for early arrival and should be requested at time of reservation.
   Check Out time is 12.00 noon. Late departure is available with an extra charge at 50% of room rate until 6.00 PM. After 6.00 PM, it will be considered as an extra night.

 - All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or email to us with our acknowledgement within :
 - Peak Season : Full length stay will be charged if made within 52 days;
 - High Season: 2 nights charge if made within 35 days;
 - Low Season: 1 night charge if made within 6 days;
 - If you wish to cancel your booking before the cancellation due date specified in the confirmation email, we apply a cancellation fee of up to 1,000 Baht.
 - For any Cancellation / Amendment , 3.5% service fee charged is non-refundable in all cases.
